RUNE

With only 12 years of age Holger Rune left Denmark to join the Mouratoglou Academy in 2016. In 2022, he won his first ATP title in Munich, reached the quarterfinal at Roland Garros and claimed two more titles in Stockholm (ATP 250) and in Paris (Masters 1000). After reaching the biggest title of his career so far in the French capital, he achieved a career high No.10 in the ATP singles ranking.

HALEP

Simona Halep was listed on No.20 in the WTA singles ranking, when she began working with Patrick Mouratoglou. A few months later, the Romanian returned to the Top 10 and is currently No.7 of the World.


SERENA

WILLIAMS

After a surprising defeat in the first round of Roland Garros in 2012, Serena Williams reached out to Patrick for the first time. Back then, the American sports icon was listed on No.5 of the WTA singles ranking. In 10 years, the duo won 10 Grand Slam titles and Serena returned to the No.1 spot in singles ranking.

After a promising junior career, Grigor Dimitrov and Patrick Mouratoglou began working together in 2012. With Patrick’s support, starting from No.100, the Bulgarian captured a spot in the Top 50 of the World.

CHARDY

Patrick and Jeremy still have a very close connection and the former Top 30-player is regularly training at the Mouratoglou Academy. The duo worked in 2012 together, Jeremy started the season outside the Top 100 and he reached No.32 in the ATP singles ranking at the end of the year.


Anastasia

PAVLYUCHENKOVA

Between 2007 and 2009 Patrick was coaching Russian Anastasia Pavlyuchenkova, leading her from No.350 in the WTA singles ranking to No.25. The duo reached two quarterfinals of a Grand Slam tournament, 2011 at Roland Garros and only a few months later at the US Open.

Yanina and Patrick worked together between 2009 and 2012. Patrick helped her to reach the semifinal at the US Open in the first year. One year later the Belgian achieved her career-high in the WTA singles ranking, listed on No.12.


ARAVANE

With Patrick by her side, Aravane enjoyed a very successful year 2010, winning the Premier tournament in Madrid. In the final she defeated former World No.1 Venus Williams in two sets. In the same year, Aravane rose from No. 60 to No. 12 in the WTA singles ranking.

Marcos was scouted by Patrick Mouratoglou, when he was 13 years old. As a Junior player the Cyprian won the Australian Open Boys title in 2003 and became World No.1, with Patrick by his side. The highlight for the duo: In 2006 Marcos reached the final of the Australian Open, winning a set against the great Roger Federer. A few months later Marcos played the semifinal at Wimbledon, defeated by another legend of the sport, Rafael Nadal.

Stefanos Tsitsipas

Stefanos Tsitsipas was spotted by Patrick Mouratoglou when he was 14 years old and since 2015, he is regularly training at the Academy. He was the youngest player defeating Federer, Djokovic and Nadal. The Greek tennis star reached a career high in 2021, listed on No.3 at that time.

Alexei Popyrin

Alexei joined the Mouratoglou Academy in 2017. Only two years later, he broke into the Top 100 for the first time, reaching a career high of No.40 in 2023.
At the UTS, the Australian received the nickname “The Sniper”, because of his dangerous serves and his ability to perform under pressure.

Coco Gauff

Coco Gauff was selected for the Mouratoglou Academy in 2015, at just 11 years old. Since then, she has become No. 1 in women’s doubles, reached the 2022 Roland Garros final, and won the 2023 US Open Championship at 19 years old. She is currently ranked No. 3 on the women’s singles tour.
